- In the event that the injector is found to be faulty during initial coil testing, we will not proceed with the cleaning and testing service. You will be eligible for a refund on that specific injector. However, please note that there is a minimum bench charge of $5 per injector for the test conducted that determined the injector is faulty.
- If your Port/GDI/Piezo injectors subsequently fail the manufacturer test plans or flow/leak/spray or otherwise show as defective after service is complete, you not be eligible for a refund on the service cost. The cleaning and testing service was completed and the resulting tests determined the injector was faulty.

- Ordered through the web site for credit cars purchases, we will refund shipping if there is any applied.
- Dropped off with contact details of name, email and phone number, cash payment on pick up is fine.
- Shipping insurance up to $100 is automatically provided.
- To add Shipping additional Insurance, please select amount coverage you’d like using the “Shipping Insurance” line item before checkout.
- Additional shipping insurance is calculated for you based on $1.60 per $100 of declared value.
- Please insure items based on their actual replacement value, extra insurance above the value will accomplish nothing, claims are on shipment value, not amount of insurance bought.
- Insurance applies only to the item we’re returning to you.
Our standard injector service includes an additional POWERFLUSH cleaning stage for Top Feed, Side feed, E-TEC, Optimax Air, GDI and Piezo Injectors.

When preparing the injectors for shipping, it is strongly advised to place them inside a regular zip lock bag first. This will help to keep the fuel smell contained. It is important to avoid any damage during transit, so make sure not to simply toss the bag into a box without any additional packing material. This is particularly crucial for the pintle end.
It is not recommended to ship the injectors in a bubble envelope. Optimal protection can be achieved by using a box with some padding or a bubble envelope in a box. The small flat rate box from the Post Office may be good budget-friendly option for smaller injectors.
We charge flat rate shipping per item type for most items where specified as ‘Free Shipping’. Other Shipping charges are listed in the store per based on quantity.
We recommend insuring the package you are sending for the exact value of the items you are shipping, so that you can easily replace them if needed in the event you need to file a claim. Adding additional insurance beyond the items value will accomplish nothing.
Yes we will email the contact on the “Order receipt” that arrives arrived with the Injectors. If not, it is possible that you may have overlooked the instructions and forgotten to include the “Order receipt” in your package. Without any information about the sender, it becomes difficult for us to identify who sent us the package.
In case a package arrives without any details, we will wait until we are contacted. However, please note that we will not actively pursue the sender of the package as we have no means to do so.
Check your tracking number for status. Redline Injectors does not guarantee shipping times, the carrier does. Any shipping time windows are quoted by shipping carrier. We don’t have any responsibility for carrier delivery dates or delays.
If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered to the address you supplied, and you do not receive the items for any reason, please note that this does not qualify for a refund from Redline Injectors. You must file a claim with the carrier.
Yes, we have a 2 injector minimum.
Absolutely! Rest assured that we will take care of removing the injectors for you for (typically GDI and side feed) and invoice you for a bench fee of $10 per rail to do the work as problems can often arise. However, it’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any potential damage that may occur during the removal process. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend that you personally remove the injectors from the rail.
To avoid any issues with shipping service secure them in plastic and tape them to prevent leaks.
For your convenience, side feed injectors will be re-installed in the fuel rails, top feed and GDI injectors will be packaged separately. GDI Injector clips are very easy, you’ll have no issues, but they are tricky to get off which we will do if you wish.

We always replace filters whenever they are available for the injector, this includes side feed injectors as opposed to cleaning them while still on the injector as most places do. They become fragile over time, why take a risk.
In fact we replace everything that is replicable.
We oil injectors and blow the oil through them with air then re-oil again. This extra step specific to us ensures the oil gets to the Pintle to further avoid potential problems. The general answer and guidelines to the install timing question is as follows:
We suggest reinstalling the injectors within 30 days of the service date to avoid any potential issues. If they are left unused for too long, problems like sticking or leaking may arise. If you encounter any issues within 30 days of receiving the injectors, contact us to help identify the issue.
Bear in mind that some injectors may exhibit these symptoms earlier than 30 days. Side-feed and TBI injectors should be installed and used within 15 days as they are more prone to showing these symptoms sooner.
It will be your responsibility to handle the shipping costs back to us if you need us to revisit them for sone reason.
