Whether your GDI injectors are dirty or clogged, our premium injector cleaning and flow testing service delivers manufacturer-level static and dynamic testing on state of the art precision computer-controlled benches and includes all required replacement parts.

These injectors operate at extremely high pressures of 500-2500 PSI. Our Carbon Zapp GDR-X test bench, featuring computer-controlled fluid temperature management executes manufacturer-specific injector flow test plans at pressures up to 5,000 PSI exclusively for all Direct injector testing. To help ensure success, we employ proprietary cleaning procedures.

From automotive to marine applications, whether your injectors are dirty or clogged, our premium fuel injector proprietary cleaning along with flow testing involves comprehensive static and dynamic flow testing. As part of our standard premium service, you will receive new fuel injector components.

We service marine, snowmobile, and UTV E-TEC injectors commonly found in Ski-Doo and Evinrude engines among others. If your engine struggles to start, idles roughly, misfires, bogs or emits fuel odor, it may be time for cleaning.
